The Yoga Blossom program

Yoga Blossom is a thoughtfully designed, holistic yoga program that nurtures the physical, mental, emotional and social well-being of children through age-appropriate, engaging and meaningful practices.

We believe that childhood is the perfect time to develop healthy habits, self-awareness, confidence and emotional balance. Our program introduces children to the beautiful world of yoga through fun-filled sessions, creative activities, stories, games and mindful experiences.

Our Approach to Holistic Development

Each month introduces a meaningful theme with structured, age-appropriate practices that support children’s progressive development.

  • Yoga Asanas: Develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and body awareness.
  • Pranayama: Encourage breath awareness, healthy breathing habits and relaxation.
  • Mindfulness & Meditation: Nurture attention, concentration, memory and inner calm.
  • Emotional Wellness: Help children recognise, understand and manage their emotions while developing self-awareness and emotional regulation.
  • Yogic Values & Stories: Introduce kindness, gratitude, discipline, patience and positive values through inspiring stories and interactive learning.
  • Yogic Games & Creative Activities: Make learning joyful while encouraging teamwork, confidence and social interaction.

Learning Beyond the Yoga Mat

At Yoga Blossom, learning does not end when the class finishes!

Simple, engaging worksheets and guided home-practice activities encourage children to practise regularly at home. These activities help develop consistency, discipline, independence and healthy lifestyle habits.

We also encourage children to apply the values and skills they learn during yoga in their everyday lives.
